Thesis Research Poster

My senior thesis research began with depression and creativity and progressed into themes of visual comfort and mindfulness activity. I am working towards creating an immersive experience for children in hospitals or people in general who are isolated or trapped in their own minds. A place to escape but within ourselves, rather than a place of despondency that we often reach with our screens. This poster is about perception and how we can expand this internally. I used two overlapping X-rays that I took of my skull when I was desperate to be creative as a medical assistant. (Before going back to school). It's funny how things all come together.
